1) Polariscope Computerised :-
This Presto Polariscope/Strain Viewer is a great instrument when it comes to checking Defects in PET Preforms. Above all, the tool is capable to easily identify Crystallinity. You can also use this testing equipment to check the defects in transparent PET bottles. It is very simple and easy to use. Above all, this Pet Preform Testing Instrument comes with two sources of high intensity lights available one with bright white illumination and with monochromatic light, which let you notice all defects unnoticed by the white light.
3) Polariscope Handy
Another cost effective instrument, the Presto Handy Polariscope designed strategically to identify the basicquality (defects) like crystallity ,bubbles, inadequate cooling, birefringements and more. The complete kit of this testing instrument includes: Viewing field (100 x 250 mm), Mains Voltage (220/240V). The machine is capable enough to detect all the defects easily using the Polariscope Strain Viewer Crystallinity is readily identified
4) Wall Thickness Gauge
It is a great innovation by Presto – the NDT thickness gauge best used for PET bottles. Interestingly, the preforms of this testing tool is based on the magnetism principle of Hall effect. The equipment is best known for its fast & accurate results along with renowned repeatability. The the NDT thickness gauge comes handy to measure the wall thickness and the base thickness of PET bottles without cutting them through various profiles.
5) Preform Defect Chart
This is a must-have when it comes to Pet Preform Testing Instruments. It is useful for PET blowing plants and laboratories. Companies require the chart to referred (after viewing) in the Polariscope.
