A Bitter Truth Of Sugar You Should Know

For all of us, fat is the our biggest ultimate food enemy. We've been ready to do everything to avoid fat. Different people have different resons to avoid eating too much fat and follow a low-fat diet like : it make me obese, arteries clog up, a heart attack and more.

But, the bitter truth is there is one thing in your kitchen that is more dangerous than saturated fats and dietary cholesterols - Sugar : the sweet and addictive thing found in everything you buy ready-made. A good amount of sugar brings you the obesity, heart disease, diabetes, soaring cancer rates along with excess calories.

As per me, we should not blame Sugar and Fat, the problem lies the way we metabolise them. For example :- From past four decades, fat was the bad guy for us. You'll shock to know to most of fats are almost exclusively man-made and it is healthy to have natural fat. Same is the case of Sugar, which is added to everything you buy ready-made including bread, sauces, ready meals, drinks, tinned foods, baked beans and list is endless.

Many people believes that trying the low-fat approach resulted in more fatter – and sicker body type. They started experiencing problems like diabetes.

John Yudkin, a British physiologist and nutritionist in his 1972 book Pure, White and Deadly argued that we were massively overeating sugar, which was not only making us fat, but also causing liver damage, heart disease and cancer. However, these beliefs earned him some powerful enemies in the sugar industry. In 1979 the World Sugar Research Organisation rubbished his work as ‘science fiction’, while the food industry got squarely behind the theory that saturated fat was the dietary devil.

So, the good idea is simply switch to FRUCTOSE. It is usually found in fruit and is more sweeter than glucose. Fructose is ‘healthier’ option.
