Benadryl BIG Golden Voice Season 3 winner the BIG ticket to Bollywood!

With the roaring success of the first two editions of 92.7 BIG FM’s Benadryl BIG Golden Voice, the third season is all set to start with a bang. The nation-wide initiative that aimed at discovering hidden talent from nooks and corners of the country will now provide aspiring singers and music enthusiasts around the world the opportunity to earn their break in Bollywood alongside popular music director, singer and composer as well as the face of the initiative, Shankar Mahadevan.

Speaking on this association, Shankar Mahadevan said, “It is amazing that India has such vast talent and initiatives like Benadryl Big Golden Voice bring out the raw singing talent from the nook and corner of the country. This year it is only getting bigger and it will be a delight to hear some of the extra-ordinary voices from across boundaries and judge them. With the Benadryl BIG Golden Voice Season 3, the property that strived to bring forth existing yet hidden talent from across India that otherwise can’t be reached will now also welcome auditions from people in the United States, Canada, Pakistan, UAE, Bangladesh among others. Encouraging people from every part of the country to come forward and give themselves a chance, 92.7 BIG FM will retain the element of ‘Mitti Ki Khushboo’ wherein people no matter which region they belong to, can audition in the language of their choice thus giving every regional folk music and singers the platform they deserve.

Having received over 91,000 entries in the second edition ofBenadryl BIG Golden Voice, the third season will largely foray into the digital space with 92.7 BIG FM accepting digital entries in the form of videos, web episodes and tie-ups with online music academies for a wider reach. The registrations begin this 3rd July, 2015 through IVRS, SMS and the 92.7 BIG FM website.
Sayani Palit, although visually impaired, won the coveted title of Benadryl BIG Golden Voice last season and received the much needed exposure required to bring her talent in the limelight. But that’s not all that she has won. The extra-ordinary singer also got the chance to sing for Kangna Ranaut and Imran Khan’s upcoming movie ‘Katti Batti’.
